Button microphone
The M-1 button microphone can be run through either the Amp-1 or 12BE preamp and into the microphone input jack of our long play recorders. The M-1 can also be run directly to an added 3.5mm jack in the recorder body ( M-1 option $15).

Conference Microphones
The Conference microphone comes in 2 forms:
The PCM-1 has no built-in preamp and must go through the Amp-1 or 12BE preamp and into the microphone input of the recorder. It can also go to the optional M-1 jack in a recorder directly.
The PCM-2 has an internal preamp and is powered by a small watch battery (LR-44 or equivalent). It can go directly to the microphone input of a recorder.
Both are the same size.

Long Distance Microphones
There are two. The SDM-1 and the SDM-2 .The SDM-1 is used along with a set of headphones and an amplifier as a set.
